New and Used SEAT Cars
Spain's architectural grandeur was not only limited to edifices and piece of art but were also applied to their cars as well. SEAT an acronym for Sociedad Espanola de Automoviles de Turismo, loosely translated as a "Spanish Saloon Car Company" has represented Spain flagship cars since 1950.
The company owed much of its success to Fiat, an Italian car manufacturer, as much of its brand was remade and tweaked in terms of design to produce a whole new identity for SEAT with the consent of the former. The result was a brand of new and used SEAT cars that were delightful on the eye.
To date, SEAT is owned by Volkswagen, one of Germany's most successful vehicles manufacturing company dating back to World War II. Although Fiat was present during SEAT's humble beginnings, the two were intertwined in a 1982 lawsuit drama as Fiat jumped into concluding that SEAT's first independent car model, the new and used SEAT Ronda, was in fact almost similar in style to that of the Fiat Ritmo. However, the two managed to end the dispute in a very quick and professional manner.
Following the termination of this relationship between the two companies, SEAT took on a signed agreement with Audi AG for a corporate strategy, which lead to the transfer of financial management to Volkswagen Group, to which SEAT became a full subsidiary to. This then helped the company put the foundations in place to go on and build new & used SEAT cars of pure excellence.
SEAT is well received by Spain's Royalty where a car plant built in Barcelona was opened personally by King Carlos in 1993. Europe has high regard for SEAT and its new / used SEAT car models have become the forefront of innovation and technology in car design. The 2nd hand car market in particular has seen the exchange of many used SEAT vehicles between the Spanish public.
The Ibiza series such as the Ibiza SC and Ibiza 5 door are SEAT's newest designs and are becoming increasingly popular amongst car enthusiasts - the Ibiza SC especially as a used SEAT purchase. Newest car model are reasonably priced for vehicles of such sophisticated design and manufacturing. The older, used SEAT cars are still a catch, but the new designs make for a better overall exterior look.
Interestingly enough, SEAT put its money where its mouth was when it first introduced the FR series to the public. SEAT's FR series are in response to various emission regulations and various local and international issues surrounding fuel efficiency and security issues, not to mention its sporty appearance. Surely, SEAT will never rest on its laurels as it continues to create new brands and designs for the future.
In the UK, used SEAT cars are becoming more and more popular - especially since the design of the newer models, which took on an aggressive TV marketing campaign. In fact, the used SEAT Leon is currently making huge waves in the market as is the used SEAT Ibiza and the used SEAT Altea.
